For All Levels of Management We Offer:
• Medical insurance though Great West (a subsidiary of Cigna) with a company
     contribution of 75% for the employee. Employee eligibility is 90 days after
     start date

Competitive Bonus Programs:
• General Managers are awarded 10% of net profit
• Any general manager who contributes $100,000 in net profit for the year is
     awarded a Denny’s vehicle.  After four years of the target profit, the vehicle
     is signed over! We currently have 17 cars awarded!
• Assistant Managers are eligible for quarterly bonuses of up to $2,000/year
• Salaried Management vacation is one week after 12 months of service and
     every six months thereafter for the first five years of service and one week
     every four months thereafter.
• President’s Club membership for a 30% or better CP or a 30% increase in sales
     for the quarter.
• General Manager of the Year Program – Winner awarded one-week trip to
     Hawaii for two with spending money.
• General Manger of the District – Winners awarded two-night hotel stay and
     $250 spending money
